easy access kind staff
i really liked that i could easily access the train station. it was close to the hotel. the hotel staff was always kind and eager to help , answering every question i had. i enjoyed the tasty options at breakfast.

a romantic escape
sleek lobby generous breakfast
the hotel is just a short walk from the train station and offers immaculate views of the valley. the cozy lobby and breakfast room provide a sleek, cute atmosphere. i especially appreciated the breakfast which was generous and the staff ensured i was served even near closing. the valley view holz 100 room was comfortable and had a huge balcony where i could admire the changing weather at dawn and dusk.
the noise was disruptive, and the elevator creaked loudly whenever it was used. the thin walls and windows did little to block out conversations inside and outside.

the staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. they always kept the hotel very clean. i found the location amazing since it was close to the train station and cable car.

wonderful view gorgeous garden convenient access
i stayed one night. my valley view holz 100 offered wonderful views from my balcony. the garden is gorgeous and full of flowers. i found it convenient to the lifts and trains.
I found myself needing to push my luggage up a steep slope to reach the place. It was a bit of a challenge!

limited choice rough texture
the location was acceptable being close to the train station.
the food was not good. buffet-style dinners had limited choices and no choice of starter or dessert. the meals were not what i expected. also, the sheets, pillows, and duvet cover were rough in texture.
